Delivery
Papershoes offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order size or exceptions. When checking out please supply us with a physical address, where there will be someone to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays. National orders can be tracked by going to www.fastway.co.nz and entering the tracking number found on your order confirmation email.
Papershoes insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any delivered goods, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Papershoes also offers a same day service to our Auckland based customers for a set fee of $20 per order. To use this service, please select the same day delivery option when placing your order. All orders must be placed before 2pm for your shoes to be delivered by 5pm that day. Please note that this service is only available between Monday and Friday, if you have any queries about your order, please contact us on 0800 727 375.
All international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes and are to be paid by the recipient of the package. Papershoes will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
