Returns and exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in exchange for another item of your choosing or a full refund. All items must be returned within seven days of receipt.

Items should be returned unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused. Any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags are to be be included with your return. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoebox.

When exchanging an item, you will not be charged for the initial replacement item delivery. Postage for any further exchanges made will be applied to the card that the initial purchase was made from and dispatched at the standard shipping rate.

Please note, sale items may not be returned unless they are faulty. Exchanges for a different size in the same style are the only exception. In this instance the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

How to process a return or exchange:

  1. Either fill out the returns/exchanges form enclosed with your order or, simply download the form here and fill in all applicable information.

  2. Ship the package to the address below:

  3. All exchanges and returns must be delivered using track and trace with signature required upon delivery. Please email the tracking number to orders@papershoes.com. Papershoes will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

  4. If you are exchanging an item, your new purchase will be processed and posted once your initial order has been received by Papershoes.

  5. Once the exchange has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent out with the new tracking information provided.

  6. For returns, we will process your refund within five working days, you will be notified by email when payment has been made. For further information as to when this money will be refunded onto the card used when purchasing, please contact your bank.
